Upon selection of simulation parameters, a VisANT window will open with the predicted fluxes through central energy metabolism shown. To adjust the network so that the desired part of the network is in view first maximize the VisANT window and then use the following features in VisANT:
1) Pan - Once selected, the user can drag across the screen to view parts of the network not currently in view
2) Zoom out - If a more set back view of the network is desired, the Zoom out feature can be used
3) Zoom in - If a part of the network would like to be viewed in more detail then Zoom in can be selected followed by dragging a square over the region of interest in the network.
